63% of extra e-commerce budgets go to AI and cashback
Classic advertising is losing ground. Where budgets flow, how AI-cashback mechanics work and what it means for retail chains — data, not opinions.
I advise supervisory boards, owners and funds. I judge whether the board's digital plan will deliver — and what has to change for it to deliver.
Experience
In-house roles and advisory projects across retail, FMCG and logistics — in Poland and the DACH markets.
Boards and bodies
About
I have worked on both sides of the table. For fifteen years I answered to management boards for the digital channel — at Lidl, at Allegro, today at Fressnapf. That is why I know what a digital plan that delivers looks like, and what a plan looks like that sounds good in a meeting and will not survive contact with operations.
Today I work mainly with those who hold management boards to account: supervisory boards, owners and funds. Poland and DACH, in three languages.

Four ways I can help. Pick the one that fits your situation.
Digital due diligence before an investment decision. I check the tech stack, operating model, growth quality and customer acquisition cost — and say what of this changes the valuation.
due diligence · consumer behaviour · reporting & controlling
The first twelve months after the transaction. Where integration breaks, what is missing so it does not, and which assumptions in the model no longer hold.
operationalisation · rollouts & processes · logistics
Independent assessment for the board or owner: whether the programme that management defends will deliver. A second opinion at the level of the governing body, not a marketing audit.
e-commerce strategy · omnichannel · management reporting
Readiness assessment, operating model and a realistic entry timeline. A market known from the inside, not from a report.
q-commerce · retail media · digital shelf · CRO · CRM & loyalty
